    Built and managed the NERC compliance program used for Generator Owners (GO), establishing sustainable and repeatable processes, created and maintained templates, internal process documents, and the associated tools required to facilitate compliance management for GridSME clients. Served as the primary compliance contact for over 20 GOs in WECC and SERC, managing all day-to-day compliance activities and internal controls. Maintained NERC compliance evidence repositories covering all in-scope NERC requirements. Provide input and guidance on compliance-related matters. Created and performed trainings required to support NERC compliance activities. Managed GO NERC compliance program implementation projects in WECC, SERC, and Texas RE, working with clients, asset managers, and client vendors (EPC contractors, managed security services providers, engineering consultants, PV and BESS operations and maintenance providers, Generator Operators, etc.). Performed region outreach and coordination required to register new GOs, and facilitated updates for registered entity footprint changes due to facility additions and expansions. For sale of a GO to new owner(s), I've performed the required gap analysis to review compliance evidence, identify instances of potential non-compliance and/or compliance concerns, and established new NERC compliance programs for the purchasing entity(ies).
