I led the change managment practice for the Service Excellence Transformation as part of the University of Alberta for Tomoorrow (UAT) initiative. As part of my role, I was in charge of the following:- leading the UAT portfolio level change management activities across the institution- working closely with senior leadership to provide advice on helping their people deal with change-leading a team of 10 change management specialists who worked in each of the workstreams and designed and implemented change management plans stakeholder engagement, resource management, planning, project management, and benefits realization.-working closely with the SET Commumications to ensure that our change and communication plans were integrated.
