    Supporting adults with learning difficulties in their workplace. The learning difficulties of the service users covers a wide range of the spectrum, from anxiety issues to autism and epilepsy. Tasks range from taking the register and making follow up calls if individuals are not present, running a table made up of up to 8 adults to make sure the work given runs smoothly, spotting any safeguarding issues and reporting to my line manager, assisting in dealing with individual’s needs and emergency treatment e.g in the case of an epileptic seizure.

Keep warehouse area allocated to Arthouse at Mencap tidy, train Mencap personnel where necessary on new products and methods of packaging.
