Placed within the Health and Safety Team, I completed a project to determine what factors facilitate and deter participation within the Voluntary Health Monitoring Program (VHMP). Insights from firefighters were gathered through conducting numerous focus groups which were then analysed in order to determine appropriate recommendations for the VHMP.
