    Team of 3 - Client project - 3-week sprintDesigned a solution for the community to engage Cook’s River Paddle Trail. Mapping out the paddle experience through a blueprint service design. Designed mid-fidelity wireframes focusing on access, education and other activities.Facilitated 7 interviews and received 39 survey responses assisting us in understanding the local community perspectives, behaviours and motivations.

  • Redesigning the local e-commerce bookshop by encapsulating the brick and mortar experience

    Solo concept project- 2-week sprintRedesigned the E-commerce site for Elizabeth’s bookshop focusing on a specific archetype of a deal diver. The brick-and-mortar experience enabled me to reflect on the website. The design process was iterated through a low-fidelity prototype and usability testing.
