Recruitment Process: Managing recruitment across levels for Bangalore location. Also managed hiring for Chennai location for middle and higher management level.A.Manpower Planning:Close partnership with Business Heads, HR Head and Recruitment Head for Manpower Planning and finalization of the headcount. Interact with Business Heads to discuss on the hiring nos based on business growth plans, future to start up new projects/ventures and attrition. To plan on hiring nos on Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Annual basis across levels & locations. To prepare hiring plan based on diversity ratio as finalized by the top management (Hiring ratio of Male/Female candidates, Part time resource, Retainers (on project basis), physically challenged employees, etc). To plan on different hiring sources (vendor / Employee Referral Scheme/Campus Hiring) & to identify new ones to accomplish the annual hiring targets by keeping recruitment cost under control.Internal Client Management: Interact with Business Heads & Operation Managers to discuss the new requirements and develop job description for new positions. Discuss shortlisted resumes with the Business Head/Operation Managers. Conduct interviews along with the Business Head & Operation Managers. Discuss with Business Head & Operation Managers on the candidate’sassessment and fit.Vendor Management: To identify new vendors & finalize the contract. Manage and periodically review contracts with vendors. Discuss new requirements with the vendors and aggressive follow up to sourcethe profile. Coordinate with vendors for organizing the interview and post interview processlike filling the company specific form, current compensation, etc. Coordinate with external agencies to get the reference check & educationalverification as per the SLA. Periodic review with the search partners on the status of the requisitions,approvals of invoices and feedback on their performance.
