UpEnergy Group in Zambia commissioned a monitoring and baseline study for stoves in Zambia for the month of April 2022.Project: Carbon Baseline and Monitoring Survey in Zambia My main responsibilities and tasks as an Enumerator were as follows: Supporting joint planning for the exercise. Participating in an onboarding training session in Lusaka and also participate in a pilot Collecting data using either a mobile data collection platform and/or a paper-based questionnaire as provided by UpEnergy Group. Here the enumerator will carry out two sets of surveys at households, a Usage Survey, and Kitchen Performance Test. Participating in daily feedback rounds and also provide clarity on collected data. Some days from the enumerator’s planned working days were dedicated for data entry through a predesigned formParticipated in closing meeting for the survey and Filled out timesheets to show the daily work completed.

The Rural Finance Expansion Programme (RUFEP) aims to increase access to and use of sustainable financial services by poor rural men, women and youth in Zambia. The overall goal of the nation wide programme is to improve livelihoods of the rural poor through sustainable economic growth. The expected outcomes of the Programme are to enable the enhancement of the capacity of financial service providers (FSPs) to deliver demand driven services in rural areas, improved efficiency and sustainability of rural areas, improve service delivery by CBFIs and new financial products/services/models to be adopted by the target.My duties and responsibilities comprised of:Assisting in collecting relevant data from Implementing Partners to be included in quarterly, semi-annual, back to office and annual reports.Facilitating the preparation and organisation of Programme's workshops and meetingsAssisting in taking minutes during workshops Assisting in capturing data on Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation System (PlaMES tool)Gathering M&E data to update the programme's Logical frameworks, Table formulation and Results and Impact Management Systems (RIMS)Filling in and writing evaluation forms for the Procurement Specialist. Assisting in filing documents for all departments.
