    1. One of the two core funders of this company. From Apr, 06 to Nov, 06, I was assigned by company and acted as one of the two founders established Shine Manor.2. Financial controller, in charge of the financial budgets, cash control, cost control, expenditure approval, tax & financial policy planning and designing, financing decision, approval and sign final financial reports.3. Starting from HKD: 6M, using high financial leverage (Financial leverage=4.41), we led the factory expanding fast. In 2009, revenue reached RMB: 0.3 billion, and factory became the top 20 export factories of Si Chuan, NO 1 of shoe business industry in Si Chuan.4. On May 12, 08, during WenChuan earthquake period, as the only leader of factory, I led 3000 staff safely live through hundreds of aftershocks. Shine Manor became the only one that didnˇt have workers injured or died among shoe factories. And I successfully led factory resumed normal work on the 4th day after earthquake.5. In economic crisis of 2008, I led the IE productivity research team, performed compensation and benefit innovation, reduced workers' headcount from 3400 to 2600. While total output was increased 13%. Unit productivity per head was increased 47.8%. Factory successfully avoided financial loss. In 2009, we led the factory got 30% increase while most factories got loss.6. Set up the import & export system, led Shine Manor to be the 1st one in SiChuan Shoe industry that do import & export independently. led Shine Manor got Class A grade in Customs declaration department using 1 year, and Class I grade in CIQ department using 2 years.7. Successfully prevent and solved the frequent workersˇ striking problem by salary system innovation-each workersˇ salary decide by their own technique level so that they can raise their salary automatically by improving their technique level and performance.8. In charge of Public Relationship affairs and EHS affairs.
