    USAID/ AGIS project aims to support the Government of the Republic of Zambia in implementing reforms to improve governance and to increase transparency and accountability in the health and education service delivery. Its primary goal is to strengthen Public Finance Management capacities and systems that affect service delivery in the Ministry of Health and Ministry of General Education to deliver public services in a more transparent ad accountable manner. I am leading the USAID Accountable Governance for Improved Service Delivery (AGIS) project's technical direction and providing management oversight in order to achieve completion of all project deliverables profitably, timely, and in accordance with client regulations, Crown Agents -USA policy and the highest standards of integrity and transparency.I am also the primary point of contact with USAID, Government of the Republic of Zambia officials and other stakeholders, ensuring the project activities and deliverables are effectively communicated and relationships with the client and stakeholders are cultivated.

    JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. has been mandated by USAID through the global AIDSFree project to assist the Government of Zambia in the rollout of an electronic logistics management information system (eLMIS ) . The AIDSFree project aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of high-impact, evidence-based HIV and AIDS interventions in order to meet country-specific goals and objectives.Working with the Country Director, I provide overall strategic direction and leadership for the JSI AIDSFree project in Zambia and ensures that Project goals are met and that all technical areas of the project are integrated. I provide technical oversight, quality accountability and management to the Operations and Logistics teams by facilitating the development and execution of team objectives, expectations, goals and activities and also work closely with the finance team to develop and monitor appropriate budgets to support technical activities. I also represent the AIDSFree project at various technical meetings, with other cooperating agencies, senior government officials and other donor agencies.
