    Helped Surface Media refine its own approach to Ux and Digital Strategy consulting and design which has lead to great work for great people.I was responsible for conducting expert reviews, leading user engagement workshops with business stakeholders, designing robust information architecture with open and closed card-sorting exercises and user profiling. I also ran user journey workshops and have worked with external consultants conducting usability research. I very much enjoy collaborating with business owners, designers and developers and as such, I am well-versed in the documentation required to communicate business and user objectives to these different groups through task flow-modelling, writing detailed creative briefs as well constructing paper-based and digital prototypes using industry standard tools.
