    At Guestware, I worked with a wide variety of technology to program customer relationship management software for hotels to manage their daily business. The projects range from front to back end development, and includes developing both new and existing software. Key Work includes:- Tech used includes C#, Java, VB, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript - Released software with continued support and updates to over 700 hotels- Assisted tech support to help investigate and resolve unknown software related issues- Improved user experience of managing data by updating desktop and web client applications- Created and updated server side services to process functionality upon raised events- Enhanced performance and design of existing SQL Server databases for managing hotel data- Remotely worked with contractors and customer’s developers on software projects- Collaborated in an agile scrum environment on both team and individual projects

When my project was released it allowed for inspectors to remotely document and track permit inspections while in the field. My accomplishments includes:- Started as intern, and promoted to part time developer during undergrad- Adapted by quickly learning Objective-C and iOS development without prior experience- Collaborated in a small startup team to update company’s software lineup for the 2014 iteration update
