    I manage the visual communication, music direction, band leadership, campus management, campus maintenance, video production, video editing, branding, design, sound reinforcement training, stage design, high-end audio equipment maintenance and procurement, the day-to-day running of the campus from venue hire, to our vehicle fleet management and campus building development and renovations.I manage a team comprising of full time and part-time employees, as well as our extremely valuable interns. I make it my aim to work efficiently, ensuring that the running of the organization is smooth and that problems are solved as quickly as possible. My position here, also and most importantly entails training our interns as well as our volunteers in a number of areas that are key to how and why we operate. We see people, both our employees as well as our volunteers as vital and precious. I train in the following areas: Music Education and TrainingLive Sound Reinforcement and entry-level sound engineering training.Hands-on skills based training in Maintenance, video editing, musicianship and Barista training.I also play a large role in student leadership development with the local Christian school whom we are associated with.I find my role to be extremely rewarding, and it has taught me to become flexible, to give people a fair chance at having a go at something, and it has taught me to be an extremely self-motivated person - a maximiser who likes to see the best come out of people!
