Overseeing total revenues exceeding €100M EUR on a yearly basis, I am responsible for developing and executing the regional commercial strategy for the coming 5-10 years, including the go-to-market strategy for new digital solutions products, alongside traditional product lines.Day-to-day, I lead a team of Key Account Managers based across Belgium and the UK, covering the major airlines and MRO companies operating in the EMEA region, as well as providing support in the Americas with strategic commercial direction. Since taking over the team leadership in January 2020, we have successfully grown our position as the market leader in our space, driving the business consistently higher in revenues and profitability, executing on a clear long-term strategy. In terms of leadership, I focus strongly on the personal growth and development of my team members, through coaching and championing additional learning opportunities, to help them succeed in their own careers.I also completed my own degree in Business Management at the Open University whilst working full-time, as part of my own desire to increase my knowledge and skills. I successfully graduated in April 2023.
