I handled the hiring and training decisions, daily ordering, marketing, event planning and catering activities not to mention the day to day management responsibilities. Within three months of being granted the managerial responsibilities of the restaurant we had turned the business around from taking a monthly loss to revenue in excess of $40,000 a month. Prior to managing I worked in the front of the house.

Online Activism and Community Outreach (Wildlife and Habitat Conservation) - I raise awareness online and in the community for local threatened and endangered species. I founded the Facebook page TucsonShovel NosedSnake along with several affiliated online campaigns whose proceeds go to the Center for Biological Diversity. I handmade the 30 ft long Shovel-nosed Snake float that you may have seen in the All Souls Procession, the float has been going strong for 4 years now. Additionally, I created the website http://www.Tucsonsns.com which is an informational site on the Tucson Shovel-nosed Snake and their uphill battle for survival.
