I was known for my calmness under pressure, for great customer feedback, product knowledge and hunger to learn. I was awarded the store's sales award for January 2022 and performed the role of Samsung specialist for the store in my time there advocating for samsung amongst staff and customers as well as training other staff on Samsung products. This is after coming into the business having never used Android,, but with a strong desire to learn and grow.
