    Appointed interim Chief Operating Officer by private equity-led Board of Directors to undertake a strategic, financial and operational review of the global mobile phone recycling and reverse supply chain management company headquartered in Hong Kong and Silicon Valley. Refocused the company’s strategy on large global accounts. Developed and implemented an operational restructuring in Japan, Hong Kong, the PRC and Dubai achieving several million dollars of savings and 75% of target in four months. The Company returned to profitability within six months of appointment after generating large losses in the previous year.
