Regional Manager
-
Jul 2006 - Mar 2015
As the first Regional Manager at Evans Cycles I worked collaboratively with the family executive team to drive the growth of the business out of its traditional London base.I opened over 30 shops and had overall responsibility for recruitment, team building, merchandising and logistics.I developed over 50 Managers and Assistant Managers from within the business and I thrive on supporting and encouraging people to realise their potential. As a key part of a small team I had responsibility for shops from Brighton to Glasgow. With a strong focus on hospitality and an unrelenting drive to exceed KPI’s and financial goals, the region delivered year on year growth. This success was pivotal in helping Evans become the UK’s number one bike shop.
