    I managed general financial responsibility of the college Union, Student Involvement, Dining and ID Card Operations with revenues over $14.2 million. I was responsible for the direct development of long-term financial goals and budgeting. My responsibilities included the day-to-day supervision of the University Dining program, financial and cash operations in Reeve Memorial Union as well as general oversight of our ID Card Operations. I had extensive experience working with contractor vendors and customers in a University business retail environment. I manage Copy This!! the in-house retail copy/print center. I have experience with purchasing and procurement in a University and System environment. My areas of expertise include analyzing financial data to provide future recommendations, financial modeling, project management and strategic planning.

    In this position I served as the Residence Hall Director of Taylor Hall. A newly renovated building (within the last 2 years) providing support for a staff and guidance for a staff of 11 students and over 450 residents. In this position I supervised an assistant hall director who assists me in the daily operations of the residence hall. Areas I currently work or oversee are the operation of the front desk, night host program, co-adviser for the hall government, adjudicate judicial conduct, manage a 13 million dollar facility, and ensure the safety and well being of the Taylor Residents.

I program in C# .net using an SQL back-end, and am currently working on developing web based applications for the Residence Life Portal at UWO.This position offers me several new challenges and helps keep my computer programming fresh and it's great to be working with so many skilled student programmers.In addition to web programming I also serve a liaison between Res Life staff and MIO providing project management experience and helping to increase communication.
