    Provided project management services for construction for an Educational Services company for their new 140,000 sqft training and call center support facility in Chandler, AZ. This included plan reviews, budget development and reporting, timeline management and coordination of various construction trades. Also provided project management services for Maxwell Technologies, Inc. to plan and build out a Pilot Production Line for a new product, Dry Battery Electrode. This included developing numerous build-out options, complex cost analyses, timelines, engaging numerous trades in obtaining quotations, and reviewing potential real estate options for locating the Pilot Line. Project concluded when Maxwell was acquired by Tesla and project was transferred to Tesla.

    Hired as a regular full-time employee of Maxwell Technologies Inc. in August 2013 and based in Peoria, AZ USA as Worldwide Director of Facilities with responsibilities for completion and on-going Facilities operations management of Maxwell's state-of-the-art electrode manufacturing facility in Peoria, AZ. Additional responsibilities include Facilities management for Maxwell's Corp headquarters, Manufacturing and R&D Technical Center buildings in San Diego, CA, Sales office in Shanghai, Failure Analysis Lab in Shenzhen. All of these locations were constructed or significantly retrofitted under my project leadership. Managed a 126K sq.ft. new mfg. facility build-out project in a "cold-shell" bldg. in Peoria, AZ. Responsibilities include power upgrade, structural integrity of platforms, precision compressors, chillers, heavy load overhead cranes, offices, truck bays and warehouse setup. Identified and selected GC, managed Architectural resources, IT and Security system. vendors. Completed project on schedule/within budget and was operational in October 2013.Key leadership project team member in relocating remaining production lines in San Diego to Peoria in 2015/2016 and significant upgrades to R&D Tech Center in San Diego. Managed various trades to perform required facilities upgrades. Project completed on time and resulted in significant cost savings by closure of production facility in San Diego.Responsible for major facilities systems maintenance and repair, established preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, compressors, chilled water systems, electrical, plumbing, sump pumps and general building maintenance.Served as site E, H & S representative and led efforts to successfully achieve ISO 14001/18001 Certification in November 2016. Position was upgraded in April 2016 to include management of production operations which consisted of a staff of 37 employees including a Production Manager, Shift Supervisors and Operators.
