After six months of consulting on various projects, joined GTECH, leading US and international developer of lottery equipment, systems programming and back office support as well as marketing services, as VP Product Marketing during June 2007: - Oversaw consolidation of Product Development, Design and Communication into a cohesive integrated marketing approach from initial player and lottery research to product/technology development through industry-wide communication of latest product developments and services - Created, designed and implemented the GTECH umbrella corporate logo and "Architects of Gaming" signature as well as helped integrate the umbrella design into the revised logos for various gaming divisions (logo design was also adapted by the parent company, Lottomatica, into its revised branding) - Created new corporate advertising and tradeshow programs consistent with the design and promise of the new umbrella logo and presentation integrating retail equipment and support services for traditional lottery - online and printed products - as well as video and internet gaming - Recommended and implemented first international lottery player research survey covering select lotteries/countries in the Americas, Europe and China/Australia - Worked with the product development teams to create new retail terminals and self-service vending machines. - Provided marketing development support and recommendations to GTECH U.S. and international lottery customers.
