• Project Management:In this regard, I am involved in projects from their inception to document requirements and set appropriate targets. I follow up on targets, run and post progress reports and see projects through to their successful completion as well as identifying and proactively resolving potential issues with deliverables.• Sales:In a sales capacity, I am responsible for sourcing products from a variety of vendors/distributors as well as being responsible for maintaining relations with our vendors/distributors. On top of procurement, I am responsible for the preparation of quotes and proposals for both simple hardware/software sales as well as being responsible for scoping proposals for major projects. In addition, I am responsible for following up on quotes and leads, for executing POs and for creating, approving and matching invoices.• Client Relationship Management:In this capacity, I am responsible for attending vendor and client events to promote our company and for regular check-ins with clients as well as for testing new technologies and products to expand our offerings. Once new products have been identified, I will either go onsite to demo and troubleshoot or create usage videos. Finally, I am responsible for creating, sending and reporting on client surveys.• Administrative:I am responsible for coordinating meetings between vendors/clients and our organization, preparing appointment schedules, planning office events and parties as well as coordinating charitable endeavours. I am further responsible for running and approving monthly billing reports, which are then submitted to Finance and clients.• Marketing:In this capacity, I am responsible for putting together our monthly newsletter as well as maintaining our Twitter and LinkedIn presence. In addition, I take care of the applications for co-marketing funding and opportunities. I am also leading in the ongoing overhaul of our website.
