Community Resilience Activity. USAID Project Key Achievements:US $ 8.2 million (procurements of construction materials) monthly disbursement achieved throughout the infrastructure projects in Multan for the period (2018 to 2021) in Community Resilience Activity project implemented by USAID. During my stay with DAI, procurements for total 1416 In-kind grants (i.e., infrastructure, education, rehabilitation & reconstruction) and 137 FOG grants (i.e., CVE awareness, Institutional Support and Economic Support/Development) were timely managed under my guidance and supervision. Highlights:• Ensured transparency in the procurement process and adherence to USAID and DAI procurement rules and regulations. • Reviewed FAA, DDGS and In-kind grants budgets through pre-design market survey • Processed, reviewed, and finalized infrastructure and long-term contracts (BPA’s and Utility Service Agreement). • Ensured filling of GST exemption cases and their submission through USAID to Economic Affairs Division (EAD) Govt. of Pakistan and further to Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA).
