    My time at Beatnik Digital had been nothing short of an adventure. I wanted to try my hand at copywriting, and Beatnik's status as an advertising company sounded ideal. But after expressing my interest and having my abilities examined, I was quickly promoted to the Strategy Business Development team. I worked between brands and NGOs. I was in charge of working on technical ideas for NGO projects, and I have created pitch decks for brands. My learning and growth curve includedmy affiliations with Care Bangladesh, BRAC, Save The Children, Mortein, Shanta, and other organizations.

I was to held liable to compensate any loss that may cause to the company on account of your negligence and inefficiency.My nature of duties included working remotely on creating creatives, video editing, copywriting, art direction during the shoot, sourcing model(s) and photographer, guide the existing agency, providing calendar for posting.

    I started working for Steampug Content as a writer but I was eventually promoted to being their Managing Editor. I have effectively internally managed over 12 national clients as a key account manager, with 60+ writers, and editors under my wing as well as multiple social media platforms to predetermined targets. My deliverables also included handling external client meetings online/offline. I have had a passion for managing human resources, accounts, and marketing for converted sales which become my forte as I worked for SPC.

    SteamPug is the writing platform which gave me an exposure to writing for multiple companies. Getting the opportunities to write for different companies, I have fostered an appreciation for diversity. Writing food reviews for Dhaka Foodiez had been as interesting as writing travel articles for Jovago Bangladesh/Jumia Travel as it all summed up to the lifestyle broader picture of society. However, I have enjoyed more writing about Dhaka Tribune. Recently, I have had the opportunity to write elaborated articles on climate change and labor migration which, along with working as a rapporteur at British Council for the Unlimited Library project, gave me a humanitarian sense towards how I may contribute as a writer to my community. Content writing for corporate websites is another challenging alley as it is about complying with specific demands of the client which I have experienced while providing the web content for the Cityscape Tower (http://cityscapebd.net/). I enjoy my work as it is a constant process of bettering my writing skills.

    I have done an internship at the NGO Ygap Bangladesh to gain some experience in the marketing area on the development sector. Ygap Bangladesh works with social enterprises with the objective to grow in the impact investment landscape, to contribute to the community of the country.My job responsibility was to overview Ygap's Acceleration program where 5 new ventures launched their entrepreneurship journey. They came from diverse fields from one another, namely, agriculture, mental health, creativity, women empowerment and transportation, they have the potential to make it big in the country with the right marketing help.To track their progress, I had to make reports for each venture that included sales, distribution, market, and branding as well as finance. Besides monitoring the marketing progress reports of these ventures, I also learned about the National Advisory Board and its functions under Ygap Bangladesh.
