    As a primary stakeholder assigned to three major national credit card portfolios, I managed multiple procedures while working with cross functional resources to ensure Marketing campaigns that target new originating accounts were produced with a high level of accuracy, were delivered on-time and within budget. Also produced mailed regulatory communications and incentive offers to on-book accounts for all HSBC US card portfolios. I played a key role in supporting back-end Operations and front-end Customer Care by communicating the campaign specifics while identifying data gaps. The increased efficiency and streamlining efforts raised the Customer Satisfaction quality scores by 10 points each quarter. Due to increased improvements in auditing the many user development tests and internal/external delivery systems, which created a high-level of accuracy, my team is credited with reaching a 10% increase in customer base.

    Responsible for managing a yearly budget of $7.1MM to $7.8MM for large-scale print buying of pre-printed billing statements for 35 unique US card and retail portfolios within the HSBC network. Worked closely with the Design department to produce highly accurate graphics files, conducted proof approvals and vendor press checks. Regularly analyzed historical and forecasted usage to maintain EOQ for inventoried stock. Continuously collected competitive vendor bids and monitored their quality performance. Negotiated favorable pricing by finding ways to lower print and delivery costs without sacrificing HSBC's high quality standards. Implemented a tracking system for purchase orders, invoicing and payments, archiving jobs and detailed monthly reporting. As a result of implementing new print buying procedures, improving vendor payment schedules and tighter reporting, I routinely realized monthly print cost savings of 6.86% to 26.49% in 2006.
