Responsible for establishing and maintaining Beekley Medical's branding, voice, and thought leadership in print and in digital communications. My team of Graphic and Web Designers, Marketing Support Specialists, and I support Sales and Product Management through the creation of engaging, educational, and visual content that helps to drive lead generation and customer retention through all our digital channels, printed pieces, trade shows, sponsorships and advertising programs. To ensure alignment of Marketing Communications programs and initiatives with business strategies, industry regulations, and systems compatibility, my role requires close collaboration and with Sales and Marketing Management, Product Management, New Product Development, IT, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Finance. I recently completed a three day workshop on Google Analytics and am currently working on phase II of Beekley Medical's website redesign. In addition, I am researching marketing automation platforms and am part of the task force for our CRM upgrade.

As Marketing Communications Manager, my primary responsibility is establishing and maintaining Beekley Medical’s branding and voice in the execution of communications campaigns that support our Sales team by driving increased revenue and brand awareness. From content creation for print, web, and social media to trade show management, and advertising programs; my team of Graphic Designers and Marketing Support Specialists collaborate closely with Sales, Product Management, New Product Development, IT, Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing. During my tenure as Marketing Communications Manager, I assumed coaching of our Marketing & Sales Support and Graphic Design Teams. Initiatives included reorganization of processes in both departments to reduce waste, expenses, and inefficiencies. Oversaw the creation of Beekley Medical's first branding and communications style guides, expanded our efforts in digital content marketing through social media and through the implementation of a new blogging platform, brought in a consultant to train the Sales and Marketing teams in the art of leveraging LinkedIn for B2B engagement, helped develop the look, feel, and voice of Beekley Medical's Global and Inventor Partnership Programs.
