Directed by the President of Meridian IT I developed and rolled out a brand new Talent Acquisition and Onboarding strategy for Meridian IT. I worked closely with all areas of management to identify candidates that best fit the current needs. This included composing job descriptions, completing job requisitions, posting employment opportuniites on various platforms including social media. I worked closely with hiring managers performing initial interviews to vet candidates and facilitated the entire interview process for each candidate, I also developed and incorporated a "new hire" onboarding program to welcome new employees and provide as much information as possible to acclimate them in their new role. This included putting together information packets for candidates as well as providing managers with specific processes to follow (30, 60,90 day check points) to insure ease in performing the job.
