2006 to 2011 Danvers Bankcorp, Inc. NASDAQ DNBK (www.peoples.com) – Audit Committee Financial Expert and Community Reinvestment Act Committee. Board term began in 2006 when bank was a Massachusetts charted stock savings bank with $1.2 billion in assets. In 2008 the bank went public and raised $145 million. Between 2008 and 2011 the bank grew to $2.63 billion in assets through organic growth and bank acquisitions. In 2011, the Board voted to be acquired by People’s United Bank (NASDAQ PBCT). IPO stock price - $10; People’s United Bank price - $23. My individual contributions included an active role in preparing for the for the initial public offering , once public, acting as the financial expert under the rules of Sarbanes Oxley.2004 to 2011 College of the Holy Cross (www.holycross.edu) – Vice Chair, Audit Committee Chair and member of the Executive, Finance, Advancement and Building and Grounds Committees. Holy Cross has 2900 students, 350 faculty, $720 million in endowment assets, an annual budget of $170 million and a campus of 174 acres and 35 buildings and is ranked 32nd by US New and World Report rankings of liberal arts colleges. My individual accomplishments included planning for the transition to a new President, upgrading the role and responsibilities of the Audit Committee to comply with Sarbanes Oxley standards, introducing and leading the development an enterprise risk management (ERM) program. 2012 to current Catholic Memorial School (CM) (www.catholicmemorial.org) – Finance/Audit Committee Chair, Admissions Committee. All boys’ school in West Roxbury, Massachusetts with 685 boys, grades 7-12. Board of 30; 10% women. My Finance Committee is responsible for the review and approval of the annual budget. Additionally my committee is involved in CM’s capital planning and debt issuance activities.
