    Progressive experience with Fresenius Medical Care (from 1993 to present) to present position of Plant Engineering Manager, which I have held for 15 years. Oversaw extensive growth of the facility to its present size of over 1 million square feet under roof. This position required extensive Pharmaceutical facility and utility management. Experience is heavy in steam sterilizer design and sterilization of pharmaceutical products. I was heavily involved in moving the company into areas of new technologies. Designed and managed construction of an electron beam sterilization facility. Heavy experience in water purification including Reverse Osmosis, deionization (both electrical and chemical), filtration, and distillation to produce WFI (water for injection). Managed project to Design, construct a solvent recovery facility using both multiple effect distillation and MVR (mechanical vapor recompression). Built and managed a high voltage substation. Facility experience includes project management for a number of new construction projects including clean many clean room facilities. Experience in troubleshooting all types of utility and facility related problems. Worked often with other Fresenius facilities to solve problems and improve quality. All work was in a heavy CGMP emphasis facility and all projects were validated to CGMP requirements.
