I joined Wilson's in Janurary 1976, immediately after graduation from the University of Houston, to develop a new "System's Planning and Design Deartment". At the time Wilsons was an exclusive Herman Miller, Knoll & GF dealership. In 1977 Willson's became the exclusive Houston area Steelcase dealership and we experienced the huge growth as the Houston economy was boosted via the " Oil Boom Market of the late 70's". I left Wilsons for an opportunity to enter into an A&D sales role at Knoll International.
