Also personally conducted an Opinion of Value Report accepted by the World Bank with the Subject Property being a undeveloped 13.5 acre port site located on the key wall in Muuga Port, Tallinn, Estonia. This report provided the underwriting confirmation for my client to obtain substantial funding for a $100 million facility development.

Persuaded the City of Round Rock to participate as a Joint Venture Partner in this extremely complex City Hall/Office/Retail/Parking Structure Project that was completed on time and within the City's established budget using Industrial Revenue Bond financing. This was the first public/private City Hall project in the State of Texas.
