My team provided extensive site location tours and matrix analysis data pertinent to our client's expansion or relocation projects, with the average capital investment exceeding $25 million. Also personally conducted an Opinion of Value Report accepted by the World Bank with the Subject Property being a undeveloped 13.5 acre port site located on the key wall in Muuga Port, Tallinn, Estonia. This report provided the underwriting confirmation for my client to obtain substantial funding for a $100 million facility development.

    Working with a former Denver Developer Client - I identified and closed numerous commercial transactions as well as conceiving and spearheading the development of the City Hall Office/Retail Complex on Main Street, Round Rock, Texas (currently the HQ location of Dell Computers just north of Austin, TX.) Persuaded the City of Round Rock to participate as a Joint Venture Partner in this extremely complex City Hall/Office/Retail/Parking Structure Project that was completed on time and within the City's established budget using Industrial Revenue Bond financing. This was the first public/private City Hall project in the State of Texas.
