In 2004 I was offered a new position of export sales manager that had become available. Responsible for Israel, English Speaking Africa, and UK Export companies. Responsibilities include: Day-to-day driving of sales and contract management.HVAC selection and quotation from the heat pumps to the large capacity products.Country visits to Israel, Libya and Nigeria on a regular basis, meeting customers, product support, customer presentations and consultant visits.Arranging marketing support and training to assist the countries knowledge of our equipment. Financial reporting back to UK management of project costs and profit margins.Strategic planning ensuring projects met plan.Regularly attending management meetings to give an overview of the business activity in these areas.Onetime events:Pfizer, Sweden large chiller and AHU project, working with consultants and Pfizer locally in the UK. Yemgas Technip,Yemen, large air conditioning project in the Yemen working with suppliers from the UK and Middle East to ensure project was completed on time and on budget.Equitrial Guinea, large HVAC project housing oil company employees.
