This was a brand new system. There were no existing systems to look to for guidance.Ditto for Insurance Company SystemsWas a ground breaker in use of Commodore Vic, Intel 80286, Pentium,Wang and IBM System 3 370 Processors.Pioneered use of Xenix ( Microsoft's Unix ) Uxbasic ( a mixture of the best of Fortran, Cobol, Basic and PL/1) and Natural/Adabase on Wang mini and Mainframe Computers.In many cases had to take over and run departments undergoing major changes until new procedures were developed and implemented.It was all this activity that gave me the experience to transition to Management Consulting.
