Knowledge Management and Collaboration Lead
-
Aug 2008 - Jul 2013
Lead a co-ordinated effort to create a knowledge-sharing structure across a matrixed organisation. This included launching new online tools, leading projects and managing change across the affected teams. I built, developed and rolled-out an enterprise wiki Knowledge Base and a client information database, and piloted a company-wide enterprise social network. I dealt with numerous and varied enquiries and applied my understanding of the work the sales and bid teams did to build knowledge solutions that met their requirements. I also actively supported many bids and sales efforts directly with the creation and management of thousands of pages of content for use in response to client enquiries and bid questions.
