We have created a new company to specifically deal with the management of damage arising out of insured and non-insured losses. The new business will manage, on behalf of clients, the reinstatement process from start to finish to include tracing the cause of the damage, right through to the last lick of paint. We are also undertaking pre-loss surveys to identify potential causes of damage and are able to specify and implement solutions for loss prevention. Working closely with business managers, property owners and property managers, we are able to further enhance existing disaster recovery programs to not only ensure that alternative trading processes can be relied upon but also effectively and proactively manage the process of returning occupants to a building whether it be a commercial or domestic premises as quickly as possible.
