I triage phone calls and emails related to our employees' concerns of harassment, discrimination and retaliation as it pertains to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. If it is decided that the complaints do not fall under a protected category of Title VII, I will guide the employee to the correct person/department. I arrange interviews with employees, and trainings from our Investigators and ADA/Accessibility Program Manager for each of the hospital's entities regarding service animals, disability etiquette, manager training (re: human resource issues).
