At JourneyApps, I was the lead UX/UI Designer in the core product team. Our team was responsible for creating, maintaining and improving a platform consisting of features and components used to build responsive apps for Android, iOS and Windows. I explored ways to create great experiences for users and improve their productivity when using apps built with the JourneyApps platform. My processes included user research and interviews, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, usability testing, feature prioritisation and reviewing implemented designs. I advocated for best design practices around the company and always kept the user at the centre of my decisions.

My duties included running and executing UX and UI projects; mentoring junior designers; conducting usability testing; liaising and presenting to clients; creating backlogs; and reviewing builds in preparation for product launches. In addition, I took on the role of Team Lead, where I managed the workflow of projects and scheduled resources across the company.
