Originally responsible for sub–Saharan Africa, and later expanded to Africa, with locations in seven countries. The company had a virtual Francophone Africa office and presence in over 10-15 countries at any given time. Worked closely with the Africa Managing Partner as advisor and coach on several communications and risk-related matters, including navigating and mediating highly confidential and challenging conversations.
