As GM, I had the responsibility for the overall operation of the cafeteria including sales, budgeting, food cost, inventory/ordering, guest hospitality and satisfaction, labor cost, hiring, scheduling, training and developing associates, accounting, and food safety and sanitation. Additionally, the Foodservice area catered special events. The company closed down their operation in Indianapolis in 1988.
