    As Senior Graphic Designer at NBS Digital I was responsible for the creative direction of the design department, overseeing all design, marketing and communication material within the business, including project management and implementation of high-end government projects.My primary focus was on website design and usability. I provided direction and development skills on all projects from strategy through to implementation. My background as a business manager, project manager and in digital marketing has allowed me to work on a range of large projects such as the Central Highlands Water online strategy which involved a complete re-brand of their look and feel as well as the design and delivery of their new website.During this time I have also worked with small and large government organisations on projects including the Cancer Australia website re-development and the Department of Health, Immune Hero campaign.
