Sourced and negotiated a variety of transactions including representing a buyer on a multi-family parcel that subsequently achieved one of the highest lease-up paces in Howard County. Negotiated purchase of 11 parcels adjacent to major office park development enabling developer to increase building capacity by 120,000 square feet and obtain rights of way for three-lane road expansion.

Developed and implemented organizational and financial structures for successful operations of each Association.
