Drafted Michigan's Groundwater and Freshwater Protection Act components providing the framwork and authorization for the Michgan Groundwater Stewardship Program (MGSP). The MGSP provided $3.5 million per year in coordinated education, technical-assistance, and cost share for stewardship practice implementation by pesticide users in Michigan.
