Enterprise Europe Network Japan - Project Manager Team Europe
-
Apr 2022 - Jan 2023
As a Project Manager my main goal was to create partnerships between the EU-Japan Centre and Trade Promotion Organisations (TPOs) of EU Member States in Japan. This involved actively communicating and meeting with representatives of EU Member State Embassies with the goal to raise awareness regarding our activities and create partnerships. Examples of such partnerships are joint trade fair exhibitions and the co-organising of matchmaking events for EU and Japanese companies. This work was done in parallel to my continued activities as part of the Enterprise Europe Network.

The research involved manyvisits to relevant biotech/life sciences companies in the region, both Dutch and Japanese. It also involved an analysis of possible ways to attract Dutch companies in these sectorsto the region. In addition to this report I also pro-actively supported the logistical organisationof the annual King’s Day Reception by creating schedules, promotional material, and digital floor layouts.
