    Provision of all contract services relating to company start –ups, establishment of detailed procedures and the setting up of contracting and procurement capabilities to achieve ISO 9001 accreditation for both Companies.Projects comprised of the exploration, development and operation of two oil concessions (Najmah/Qiayarah) in Iraq on behalf of Sonangol E&P Angola. Services included drilling rigs, all drilling services, supply base build and operation and multiple EPC contracts. Projects ultimately cancelled following an extended period of force majeure due to political instability within Iraq.Additional asset due diligence undertaken in various locations including Ecuador, Kurdistan, Ukraine, Sao Tome, Russia, Chad and Bulgaria via various confidentiality agreements, memorandums of understanding, letters of intent and farm-out agreements.
