    In 1985 he embarked on a career in executive search with Profile, soon becoming a Director and Equity Partner. Following a brief spell with another UK recruitment practice, Mark returned to Profile in the mid 90’s, taking over as majority shareholder and leading the company through a dynamic period of growth – with the opening of offices in New York, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Dubai – as well as building its presence in London and Paris. Profile was acquired by PRCo, an integrated media & communications company, in 2014 from which Mark exited in 2015 once the transition to new ownership had been completed.
