Applications included Bpay, Home and Office Banking (back-end to CBA's NetBank) and Integration and Orchestration Services within the Home and Personal Lending division.● Situation manage Problem Management Cases to ensure service recovery occurs as quickly as possible while working within SLAs. ● Manage risks and chronic issues and implement corrective actions within agreed timeframes. ● Review impact assessment for all changes raised for submission to the Change Control Board.● Work with Project Technical Leads and Development PMs to facilitate the transition from development to application maintenance and support.● Communicate application's status to stakeholders and management. ● Perform metrics analysis and reporting.KEY ACHIEVEMENTS● Reduced the overall number of incidents by over 70% across my portfolio of applications through implementation of key changes to deliver more robust systems to the CBA. ● Successfully migrated customer data from the CBA's legacy system to the new NetBank environment. Also, the subsequent decommission of the legacy system with no disruption to the Bank's service.● Managed the successful implementation to migrate CBA loan documentation. This allowed reduced overhead on maintenance and support of redundant servers.
