    The First Tee of Raritan Valley is a youth (Ages 5 - 18) character development program that seamlessly integrates Life Skills, Core Values, and Healthy habits through the great game of golf. It's a proven curriculum that positively impacts grades, self confidence and social responsibility of our participants.With programming at 9 green grass facilities, in 120 schools and in partnership with local youth service agencies, we help shape the lives of over 65,000 young people from all walks of life by reinforcing values like honesty, judgment and perseverance through the game of golf.

Responsible for the supervision of daily operations, budget, course access, facility and fiscal management, volunteers, policy implementation and safety of all programs operated by the chapter.
