I serve as the primary point of contact for advisors before and during the conference. The conference, the North American Invitational Model United Nations (NAIMUN), is one of the oldest UN simulations for high school students in North America and the world. In this capacity, I represent the conference to over 3,300+ participants, requiring a high degree of professionalism and maintaining a 24 hour response time. I spearhead out outreach strategy to new schools and work closely with superiors to track all registration fees, invoices, and documents of the participants.

In this role, I led the departmental organization of King County Model United Nations 2023 (KINGMUN), a two-day conference for high school students. I oversaw the hiring of various student-leadership roles, the entrepreneurship and outreach of the conference, and coordination with Northeastern University's Seattle satelite campus to host the conference. KINGMUN 2023 successfully served more than 350 participants and featured Washington State Senator Joe Nguyen as the Keynote Speaker.

In this role, I led and managed the internal department of Pacific Model United Nations 2022, the largest hotel Model UN conference in the state of Washington. I delegated and created materials for 4 internal Under Secretary Generals and 72 staffers in order to construct 20 diverse and unique committees for delegates/students to debate and engage in. I was responsible for the timely submission of deliverables and reviewing all materials before being formatted and published.

It is my responsibility to acquaint new team members and interested students with what the Robotics program and the greater FIRST community.
