    I joined Richardson Mulvihill in October 2012 as a Residential Conveyancing and Alcohol Licensing Legal Executive.I dealt with all aspects of residential property and premises licensing on a day to day basis. I acted for private individuals, property developers, private and publicly limited companies and public bodies.I shared a common ambition with the firm to make client care paramount and ensuring even the most complicated aspects of law were broken down and explained to clients in the most easily understandable way.I was heavily involved in the marketing of the firm and forged strong links with IFAs, mortgage brokers and estate agents both locally and nationwide. I was also responsible for training new legal assistants and residential conveyancers.From April 2013 until the firm's closure I was in charge of managing the firm's Harrogate office. I dealt with recruitment, day to day office management, complaint management and some HR issues.

I made strong links with licensing authorities. licensing boards, responsible authorities and other key figures in the alcohol trade.I also participated in regular marketing meetings aimed at bringing in new business and making the firm less reliant on single big clients.
