Approved lesson objectives, curriculum, texts, and assessments for junior and senior level MSS Major’s courses. Supervised eight instructors, conducted classroom evaluations and provided feedback ensuring instructor competency. Ensured synchronization with USAFA learning outcomes. Adjunct professor for Politics of Latin America, a Political Science Major’s course for the Political Science Department. Academically advised numerous freshman cadets, an entire cadet squadron (approximately 120 cadets), and a small number of MSS Majors.
