    One Summer I Gathered samples of Tallow and meat and bone meal from a rendering plant and tested them in a ln small laboratory for color and acid content. Then pumped tallow into railroad tanker cars and tagged them. It was a very dirty, smelly, greasy job but it was a valuable learning experience.
